Father's Day is today
It's that day again that's all about the old men.  The day where bein' a father is a big deal.  Dylan will be one next year.  He'll also be able ta be a part of this day next year.  My old man deserves some rest on this day but his work gives him so much ta do so it's hard fo' him ta come up fo' air sometimes.  I guess he can try his best ta relax on this day.  Maybe when he's done enough work, he can jus kick back and take in this day.  The old man deserves some major props fo' bringin' me and my sibs up.  All the old men out there deserve this day fo' all they go thru.  As usual, me and my brotha have already bought the old man his Father's Day card.  He opened it not too long ago.  It's not only Father's Day today but it's also the Summer Solstice.  It easily feels like summer today.  It's 80 degrees right now.  It's not often that the first day of Summer falls on Father's Day.  I happen ta work on Father's Day.  It doesn't look like there's any plans fo' lata.  I'll be doin' a 4 ta 7, throwin' on an extra hour at the beginnin' of my shift.  What I really mean is a 3 ta 7.  Yesterday, I got someone ta hook me up wit one of they shifts.  They gave me a 4 ta 7 fo' Tuesday.  All it took was my power of persuasion.  It's also easy fo' anyone ta talk this person out of a shift.  That's all I'm featurin' today.  My latest entry will be created tomorra.  Skillz is out.
